affirm) that I hereby accept my official duties as a certified
Colorado (State) Professional Process Server and undertake this
position to follow all the laws of the United States and the
State of Colorado:
- I will perform my duties as outlined by the Colorado
State Statues.
- I agree to be held accountable to all laws concerning my
integrity and honor in the course of carrying out my
official duties.
- I will execute my official responsibilities to the best
of my ability with respect, honor and dignity to each person
served without judgment.
- As an appointed and authorized Process Server by the
courts order to perform such tasks in accordance with State
Statutes; I will honor, obey and respect each citizen’s
constitutional and civil rights.
- I will never miss-use or abuse my position; or to imply
or mis-represent my official title is anything other than a
Professional Private Process Server.
- I will not violate law in order to carry out due process
of law.
- I will never mislead, lie or imply any other intention
than that which I am sworn to perform.
As a public servant executing government
functions as defined by law, I will always do my very best to
set an example of good ethics, morals and sound judgment in all
that I perform for the legal community and judicial system in
carrying out due process of law,
