Registered Agent Service:

In accordance with law all companies operating in Colorado and registered with the Colorado Secretary of State must have a registered agent for service of process.

Don't let a process server of Sheriff's deputy come to your place of business and embarrass or disrupt your daily operations.

We offer registered agent services to any and all companies, foreign or domestic, either already operating or intend to operate within the near future within the State of Colorado.

Includes:

• Yearly administrative processing fee, per document received fee, necessary filing fees, and shipping or handling fees.
• All documents are scanned and remain on file in this office indefinitely along with a statement of time, date, type of document received, date document sent, and the person responsible for receiving such documents.
• Once documents are received we either send them via over night express, fax, or e-mail (within 1-2 hours) to an authorized person on file with us appointed to receive such legal documents.
• Depending upon the client, we either printout a monthly, quarterly or yearly tabulation of all documents received so that the client may track the consistency and/or accuracy of documents received on their behalf.
